Judging will take place at Celina Eagles during the event, and winners will be announced at the prize party to be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, August 10 at Celina Eagles. Start planning your pontoon/boat decorations, costumes, and T-shirt designs today so you can win big at the Bar Stool Open!
