The Lake Facilities Authority Board of Directors has approved a bid to begin excavation on the Coldwater Creek Treatment Train.
The treatment train will be the second on Grand Lake St. Marys, and like the Prairie Creek installation it will filter sediments and nutrients before they reach the lake.
