VIEW THE LIA GOLF OUTING PHOTO ALBUM
Thirty-four teams turned out for the first annual LIA Golf Outing, held Saturday, July 16, at Northmoor Golf Course on Grand Lake St. Marys.
Winning team members were: Ladd Barga, Bill Ringo, Mike Bernard, and Corey Hathaway.
Tied for runnersup were the teams of: Tom Gerling, Steeve Hufford, Jim Fast and Brandy Smith; and: Tyler Macke, Jase Barhorst, Dave Kirwainj and Rex McReynolds.
In addition to the three winning teams, individual awards were presented to longest drive, and closest to the pin on 5 separate holes. Prizes and items for a silent auction were donated by the following: The Dayton Dragons, Allan Dull, Tony Seger and Tooling Technology, and Jeff Vossler.
Also, there were a total of 46 hole sponsors. The following businesses provided food and beverages to the participants throughout the day: Chief Supermarkets, Domino Pizza, Pizza Hut and Duckfoot’s Restaurant.
The LIA wishes to thank all of the above, the many volunteers, and the
Northmoor staff for their efforts in making this initial outing such a
success. The LIA is looking forward to the 2nd annual Golf Outing sometime in Sept 2012 look the final date in upcoming news alerts.
Once again thanks to all we raised over $4,500.00 to help clean up Grand Lake St. Marys.
