Victory for Grand Lake St. Marys! Today the JCARR Committee voted to REJECT the ODA’s proposed changes to the distressed watershed rules, which would have lifted the winter manure ban in the GLSM watershed. ODA can revise its proposal and resubmit, but in the meantime this is a BIG WIN and the Lake Improvement Association thanks you for your support!
