Sadly, Lake Improvement Association member Lowell Dues passed away on March 30. Lowell was active in the LIA as a past officer (Treasurer) for many years, was a recipient of the prestigious Guardian of the Lake and, more importantly, a friend. The Lake Improvement Association offers heartfelt sympathies for Lowell's family.
