From WCSM Radio:

Mercer County is set to purchase of about 47 acres of land for the Coldwater Creek Wetland Restoration Project.  The Mercer County Commissioners approved the $538,000 purchase of two tracts of land which Commissioner Rick Muhlenkamp says will be used for the development of two treatment trains.

The purchase will be funded in part by a $415,000 grant from the Ohio Public Works Commission.  At their meeting Thursday, the Mercer County Commissioners also accepted a $68,000 bid from Shinn Brothers for the Idlewild Waterline Extension Project on the north side of Grand Lake St. Marys.
