A Grand Lake St. Marys State Park contracted crew has been busy with a rip rap project at Harmon's Landing. The project was finished in February 2012 and the contractor will move to Rustic Haven to place rip rap on the far west point, which is at the Harmon's Channel entrance. After that, it's on to Kozy Kampground where an island has eroded away.
The projects are being funded via a capital line item supported by Senator Faber, with a total cost of $200,00. The following photos are from the work at Harmon's Landing.
