New photos taken on the south side of Grand Lake St. Marys clearly show a thick covering of blue-green algae and white foam, perhaps evidence of another blue-green algae bloom in the lake. Blue-green algae isn’t actually algae, but a bacterior that releases toxic substances into the water.
