Lake Improvement Association members and the public at-large might be interested in reviewing proposed rule changes for Ohio State Parks. From the ODNR website:
The Ohio Division of Parks and Recreation periodically reviews rules governing the administration of 74 state parks in our state. These rules are incorporated in section 1501:41 of the Ohio Administrative Code.
When rules are reviewed and changes considered, we seek input from those who have an interest in how Ohio’s state parks are administered. You are invited to offer comment on the changes we are considering. We think your input is important. Please take time to review the documents available here for download. If you choose to offer comments, please do so by April 19, 2014.
We expect to formally file the proposed changes April 21, 2014. Following this, an additional public hearing will be held at our headquarters in Columbus.
