Rep. Zehringer Pleased With The Latest EPA Advisory Level
THE OHIO EPA HAS DOWNGRADED THE TOXIN ADVISORY FOR GRAND LAKE ST. MARYS. OHIO STATE REPRESENTITIVE JIM ZEHRINGER HAS BEEN VERY INVOLVED WITH PLANS FOR THE RESTORATION OF THE LAKE. REPRESENTITIVE ZEHRINGER ADDS HIS COMMENTS ON THE LATEST EPA ADVISORY.
THE STATE WILL CONTINUE SAMPLING FROM GRAND LAKE ST. MARYS. ADVISORIES WILL REMIAN IN EFFECT UNTIL THERE HAVE BEEN TWO CONSECUTIVE WEEKS OF NON-DETECTION OF THE TOXINS IN THE LAKE. THERE WILL BE A PUBLIC MEETING SEPTEMBER 7TH, AT 7-PM AT THE CELINA FIELDHOUSE TO DISCUSS THE UPCOMING PILOT PROJECTS ON THE LAKE.
