Construction of a facility that will turn manure into electricity will begin later this year in Celina, according to a recent interview on WCSM Radio with Celina Planning and Community Development Director Kent Bryan.
The new facility, to be built by a Tampa, Florida company, is expected to help producers reduce nutrient runoff and other issues related to agricultural waste products.
