Karl Gebhardt, Chief of the Ohio Divison of Soil and Water Resources, will be speaking at the December 2012 LIA Member Meeting to be held at 10 a.m. Dec. 1, 2012, at the Celina Moose. His office is responsible for implementing the distressed watershed regulations and he will be able to answer members' questions concerning the regulations.
