Some have suggested that the spillway be opened to allow polluted water to exit Grand Lake St. Marys to be replaced by clean water. The question was posed to ODNR Director Sean Logan and OEPA Director Chris Korleski Tuesday, as reported in this audio track by WCSM Radio.
